To assist our students in exploring their personal strengths and career interests, as well as learning important job-seeking considerations for early employment preparation, we have collaborated with the Zhubei Employment Center of the Ministry of Labor to conduct the seminar "Establishing Career Awareness and Connecting with the Workplace" on May 27, 2025.

The theme of this seminar is "Career Adventure: Discover Your Superpowers!" We invited counselor Lin Rouyun to share insights with the students. The seminar included videos that portrayed the real-life experiences of individuals re-entering society, guiding students to reflect on their future dreams, potential challenges, and ways to overcome them. Students were also invited to fill out a characteristics questionnaire to understand the similarities and differences between how they see themselves and how others perceive them. Additionally, we introduced the Holland Code assessment, which outlines six personality types, to help students explore themselves and identify their personality traits, abilities, and strengths, ultimately assessing the types of jobs that may suit them best in the future. The instructor also incorporated a quiz with prizes, which prompted enthusiastic participation from the students.

A total of two sessions of this seminar were held, with 98 students participating.
